Madi Sharma

Madi is an Entrepreneur who founded and runs the Madi Group, a group of International private sector & not for profit companies and NGOs. The philosophy is to create innovative ideas tailored to local action which can achieve global impacts beneficial to a sustainable society.

Madi is a member of The European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, 
a Prime Minister’s appointment, representing the Employer’s Group. She has also been appointed to be the new President of the EU – Republic of Macedonia Civil Society Forum EECS.

Madi is a public speaker internationally, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, diversity, gender balance and corporate social responsibility CSR. Her presentations, spoken from the heart, motivate and inspire and seek to make others consider their ability to affect change. She presents and teaches in schools, universities and to forward thinking businesses and organisations.

Her famous motto is: You must be the Change you want to see – No Excuses!


Mark Tuttle
CEO / Cofounder @ Cryptografx Security Solutions

Mark Tuttle is a California born and raised serial entrepreneur.  He has founded a number of companies, including Belgem, Surlin Remote, Web Associates.+$100 mil exit

Mark started his first company when he was 18, his dad was a startup guy, so it is in his blood.  After a number of startups in California, he moved to Vienna.  Where he has been mentoring startups for the last 5 years, over 300 of them,  Mark saw a great opportunity, and co founded Cryptografx Security 2 years ago.

Mark is always interested in new technology; and the application of it to the market place.  He likes clever startups, and these are the type he tends to work with... Mark also plays the Piano, Paints, Bikes, and loves Free Diving, Sailing and Public Speaking.

 All aspects of starting and development of a startups, Idea, Market and Competitive Analysis, Finances, Internationalization, Technology, Security, HR and Team Building, Progress without investment, Marketing, Sales, Intellectual Property, and Breaking the Rules


Ljupka Mitrinovska

Ljupka is an Adviser in the Fund for innovations and technology development, which aims to improve the access to finance for innovation in Macedonia. She is an innovation and entrepreneurship enthusiast with local and international experience related to innovation and start-up support, and holds a master’s degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester. Ljupka nurtures a special interest in the areas of commercialization and financing of innovation and enjoys helping people develop their ideas into feasible projects and businesses.


Damjan Mitev

Damjan currently is Monitoring Coordinator at UNDP. He is coordinating the overall implementation of project activities in 6 Employment Centres, supporting the yearly start-up of around 200 small businesses through the provision of small grants, entrepreneurial training, preparation of business plans, company registration and other technical support. His previous experience includes 
working at Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion of the Republic of Macedonia, Ohridska Banka Societe General Group, World Bank and working on many projects. 



Ivana Stankovic

Ivana is an Investment Manager at South Central Ventures, which, through its Enterprise Innovation Fund (ENIF), focuses on fueling the business expansion and growth of the most promising tech startups in the Balkans. She has extensive experience in consulting and corporate finance and is looking forward to put it to work in the dynamic world of tech start-ups that are tailoring our future.

Vele Samak
Guru for attracting foreign investments, Marketing, Technology & Finance Professional, Entrepreneur, Runner

Vele Samak has been appointed Minister for attracting FDI four times since 2006 and is the most senior Government official executing policies to secure investment opportunities in Macedonia for some of the largest companies. Using direct campaigns and events, Minister Samak has developed relationships with hundreds of C-level executives across Europe, United States and Asia in many industries. Among the foreign investors in Macedonia, Samak is most responsible for some of the largest including Johnson Matthey (UK), Dräxlmaier (DE), Kromberg & Schubert (DE), Van Hool (BE), Marquardt (DE), Coficab (TN) creating more than 9000 jobs and more than $1B in exports annually. Prior to his Government role, Samak was leading marketing at Microsoft for SQL Server and BI products for the US enterprise market. Before joining Microsoft, Vele Samak was VP at Citigroup where he developed quantitative products to help investors implement investment strategies. With experience in two start-ups, he has early and strong technology and entrepreneurial background. Samak has BA in economics from The University of Chicago and an MBA in marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.


Ljupka Mitrinovska

Ivan Petrushevski

Ivan is founder of MKhost - the #1 web hosting provider and official registrar of the .mk domain name in Macedonia. Ivan has a lot of experience with customer relationship and selling products and services. Latest interest and workings for Ivan are in the marketing and software development areas. A big supporter of new ideas that make people`s lives easier.


Irena Efremovska

Irena is an Associate in South Central Ventures, a manager of the ENIF fund that invests in the most promising tech startups in the region. She is also a lead organiser of Startup Grind Skopje and member of the Board of Girls in Tech Macedonia. She is looking forward to uncovering the next big things, and supporting the ones that dare to dream big and aim to conquer the global market.


Eva Piperevska
Marketing manager

Marketer that left the corporate world for one startup! Very curious person and Gemini by heart, loves doing everything related to marketing, event management, advertising, PR and communications. Now works as marketing manager at G6, but she is also a startup enthusiast, active supporter of the macedonian startup community, and a local organizer of Silicon Drinkabout Skopje


Yane Naumoski

My name is Yane Naumoski and I'm an experienced UI designer. I love designing stuff. I love the challenge of it and the fun of it: the crazy quest for new ideas, exploring the hidden possibilities of every single idea and carrying out the one with the greatest potential, and, of course, the satisfaction of a work well done. Besides working as a designer, I dabble in photography.


Bosko Petreski

Bosko is a co-founder of G6. He is software and hardware engineer with huge experience in the field of developing solutions for iOS and Arduino. Over the years he has been involved in numerous international IT projects as well as creating and developing software solutions and products.


Anita Kirkovska

As a  Corporate Operations Manager at the first accelerator in Macedonia – NewMan’s Business Accelerator, coordinator of 10 locations in Europe and local organizer for the biggest hackathon in the world - NASA Space Apps Challenge 2015, Anita will share her experience about project management, creating the best pitch, marketing and team building. She is passionate about innovations in the IT industry and always supports extraordinary individuals and teams, that don’t follow what society dictates, but follow their own passion.


Orce Petreski

Orce Petreski is a Technical Lead currently working in Seavus. He is also a Technical Lecturer, Mentor and Coordinator in the SEDC CodeAcademy and the new SEDC Business Simulator. 
He is heavily involved in working with people and tech, either as a mentor or a friend, or generally somebody who loves to hang around and do cool new stuff.
His credentials are : MCT, MCPD, MCSD and other M.... :)


Bistra Kumbaroska

A global tracker, community innovator and a poet, Bistra spends her time inspiring, witnessing and supporting courageous steps made by humans. In 2008, Bistra became part of a youth movement that resulted with creating today's most popular web portal in CEE Region: Mladi Info (www.mladiinfo.com), enabling hundreds of young people to get access to free education, mobility and grants in a fully transparent way. Her passion for working with youth took her on a journey in Slovenia, Africa, Asia, and finally Austria, where she is now a regional program coordinator for two acceleration programs enabling social entrepreneurs in CEE region to scale their social start-ups.  She has organized, participated and shared her experience at numerous international conferences and summits including TEDxDonauinsel, European Youth Awards, Social Impact Award Macedonia, Global Social Business Summit Vienna, Austria; Social Innovation Expo Slovenia, International Conference of Social Innovation - Lahore, Pakistan; Challenge:Future Summit 2012/2013, "Create Future with Creating Jobs" in Uganda, Rwanda, Turkey and Singapore.


Viktor Krstevski
Senior new business development specialist at T-Mobile Macedonia

His current mission is bringing innovative and complex ideas to marketable products under the new business development department in T-Mobile. Strong interest in practical and applicable innovation. Technology enthusiast and thinker with strong business strategy development sense. More than 15 years software engineering and business development experience. Enjoys consulting roles supporting innovative product development and marketing. Recently lead initiatives resulting inwww.MobiPay.mk and www.loop.mk successful market introductions.


Aleksandar Curac Saric
A must-see presenter!

Aleksandar is simply a professional enthusiast. His background spans from all things related to design, copywriting and advertising and his talents have been utilized by many agencies and more than many privately owned firms. An active mentor role is something he can boast about since the start of the startup scene in Croatia. Weather it is advice on pitching your product or perfecting the design of the same product you can always find something useful by picking his brain. Laced with many years of experience in marketing and immense organizational skills - as that is the secret on how he is present in so many fields of impact. There is also the ever-present passion for the online with respect for the offline and that is why there is a strong chance you have been exposed to something Aleksandar has inspired or worked on. P.S. his presentations and lectures are a must-see as he is also a stand up comedian.


Natasha Petkova
Co­-Founder of Fox Media House

Natasha combines her professional experience in two totally different worlds. She works as a Specialist for Business Communication at Makedonski Telekom by day and as a co­-founder of the startup called Fox Media House, at night. She specializes in business development, marketing communications, project management and event management. In the past 6+ years, Natasha has been devoted to the creation and development of the Macedonian startup community and has directly supported over 40 ICT startups through her work in both the first business incubator and first business accelerator in the country. She is actively engaged in organisation of many startup events like Startup Weekend Skopje, Startup Grind Skopje and recently joined the team of the biggest hackathon in Europe­ - Ultrahack.


Dušan Stanković
Hacker, entrepreneur, motivator

Dusan is young enthusiastic software engineer. His hacker side is interested in algorithms, artificial intelligence and functional programming. On the other hand, his entrepreneurial side is always watching for some kind of problems begging to be solved. He likes building products, helping startups and teaching people to write code.


Nikola Djokic

Nikola is Operations Team Lead in www.igt.com with 14 years of experience. He promotes DevOps approach in IT community and software automation. He is also organizer of Silicon Drinkabout Belgrade events. Actively involved in IT community events. Lives and work in Belgrade.


Dragan Petrovic

Involved in IT since 1998. Started career as a web designer, turned internet marketing consultant few years ago. For the past year, involved in organization of the weekly startup event in Serbia called "Silicon Drinkabout". Firm believer that startup idea will spread over the Balkans region and introduce economy boost our region needs.
